Shipping Policy

All orders generally ship within 2-5 business days of when order is placed. Orders ship USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. In the event that USPS does not provide service to your address, concessions can be made to provide alternate shipping options.

Return Policy

• Due to COVID return of any calls is not allowed at this time.

• If your merchandise was damaged in shipping or there is a discrepancy in the item or number of items received, please contact us immediately. Picture proof of any damaged goods must be provided, and the damaged item is to be returned.

• If your order is damaged, and you would like to cancel your order instead of receiving a replacement product, a full refund can be offered upon inspection and approval.

• Defective products are backed 100% and a return shipping label will be sent upon approval.

• No returns on items that are on sale or closeout.
